CertiK completed a technical security assessment of Apertum's Layer-1 implementation. The published assessment reported zero findings across the audited scope.
Following challenges by Apertum Foundation and the other respondents, the Texas State Securities Board entered an agreed order setting aside its earlier Emergency Cease and Desist Order. The order states that the respondents submitted information sufficient to conclude that dismissal of the Emergency Order was warranted. The respondents did not admit the allegations, findings of fact or conclusions of law contained in the earlier order.
The Texas Securities Commissioner entered an Emergency Cease and Desist Order against Apertum Foundation and other respondents. The order alleged violations relating to the offer and promotion of APTM in Texas. The respondents subsequently challenged the order and requested that it be modified or set aside.
Apertum launched as an EVM-compatible Layer-1 blockchain within the Avalanche ecosystem, establishing the independent network on which the Apertum ecosystem and native APTM coin would develop.
