Terms of Use

RollerDX is a listing platform only. It is operated by TCK Consulting FZCO, a UAE Free Zone Company licensed by IFZA (International Free Zone Authority), United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "RollerDX"). Registered address: Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

RollerDX is an independent online directory. It publishes information about projects, platforms and businesses that state they are building on the Apertum blockchain or using the APTM coin within their ecosystem.

RollerDX does not develop, operate, own, control, fund, audit or manage any listed project. It does not sell, issue, exchange, custody or transfer any token, coin or security. It provides no investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting service or advice of any kind.

A listing on RollerDX is not an endorsement, recommendation, approval, certification, guarantee or assessment of the listed project, its team, its technology, its legality or its prospects.

RollerDX carries out no due diligence, technical audit, financial audit, background check or verification of the accuracy of listing content beyond a basic administrative review of submissions. Listing content is supplied by the project owner and published substantially as received.

RollerDX is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of Apertum, the APTM coin, or any of their developers, foundations or associated entities. References to Apertum and APTM are factual descriptions of what listed projects state they build on or use.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make in relation to a listed project, including any decision to contact, transact with, invest in, buy from, or provide funds or personal information to that project.

Digital assets are volatile and high risk. You may lose the entire value of anything you commit. Always conduct your own independent research and seek professional advice before acting.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, submit false information, or are used unlawfully.

• Registration and listing submission are free.
• Once a listing is approved and published, an introductory free listing period begins. The current length of that period is shown on your project dashboard.
• To continue after the introductory period, an annual listing fee is payable. The current fee and accepted payment options are shown on your project dashboard and in the FAQ.
• Fees are paid by transferring the stated amount to the RollerDX wallet address shown at the time of payment, then submitting the transaction hash and a screenshot of the transaction for manual verification.
• A listing period starts only once payment has been manually verified by RollerDX. Reminders are sent ahead of the due date, but keeping a listing current is the project owner's responsibility.
• RollerDX may grant complimentary listings at its sole discretion. Doing so creates no entitlement or precedent for any other project.
• Fee changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect and do not affect a period already paid for.

Because payments are made in digital assets and settle irreversibly on a public blockchain, all fees are non-refundable once verified, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Sending funds to an incorrect address, network or amount is not recoverable by RollerDX.

By submitting a listing you confirm that:

• you are authorised to represent the project and to publish its content;
• the information, logos, images and documents you supply are accurate and do not infringe any third party's rights;
• the project complies with all laws applicable to it; and
• you grant RollerDX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute the submitted content for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory.

RollerDX may decline, edit, suspend, expire or permanently remove any listing at its sole discretion, including where content is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful to users or to the reputation of the platform. Where a listing is removed for breach of these terms, no refund is due.

Referral commissions are earned only on listing fees that have been received and manually verified, at the rates published on the Referrals page. Self-referrals, duplicate or artificially created accounts, circular referral chains and any other manipulation are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of commissions and possible account termination.

Payouts are made manually to the wallet address you provide, subject to the published minimum balance. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of that address and for any tax arising on commissions. RollerDX may amend or discontinue the referral programme at any time; already-earned verified commissions will be honoured.

You must not scrape, bulk-copy or republish the directory, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, upload malicious code, impersonate any person or project, or use RollerDX to promote fraudulent or unlawful schemes.

The RollerDX name, brand, design and platform are owned by RollerDX. Project names, logos and content belong to their respective owners and are displayed for identification and directory purposes only.

RollerDX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, current or complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RollerDX and its operators will not be liable for any loss of funds, digital assets, profits, data, goodwill or business, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, arising from your use of the platform or from any dealing with a listed project. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid to RollerDX in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify RollerDX against claims, damages and costs arising from your listing content, your breach of these terms, or your unlawful use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

RollerDX is operated by TCK Consulting FZCO, a UAE Free Zone Company licensed by IFZA (International Free Zone Authority), United Arab Emirates, with registered address at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
