RollerDX is a listing platform operated by TCK Consulting FZCO, UAE. TCK Consulting FZCO is the controller of the personal information described below. Contact us at support@rollerdx.com.

• Account information — full name, email address, country, and an encrypted password, provided when you register.
• Listing information — project details, descriptions, logos, banners, links and any supporting documents you upload as part of a listing application.
• Payment evidence — blockchain transaction hashes and screenshots you submit so a listing fee can be manually verified. We do not collect card details and never ask for private keys or seed phrases.
• Referral information — your referral code, who referred you, commissions earned, and the payout wallet address you provide.
• Usage information — the projects you follow, and standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps generated when you use the site.

• to verify listing fee payments and calculate referral commissions;
• to send service communications, including listing status updates and renewal reminders;
• to keep the platform secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Content in an approved, live listing — project name, description, category, logo, banner, badges, links and project updates — is public and can be indexed by search engines.

Your account details, supporting documents, payment evidence, followed projects, referral data and payout wallet are private and visible only to you and to RollerDX administrators.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (running your account and listing), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the directory), consent (optional communications, where offered), and legal obligation (record keeping).

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform — cloud hosting, database and file storage, and email delivery — under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Account and listing records are kept while your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes. Payment evidence is retained as part of our financial records.

Access to member data is restricted by database-level access rules, uploaded documents are held in private storage, and passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Subject to your local law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to certain processing, or ask for a copy of your data. You can edit your own account and listing details at any time in the platform, or contact us to make a request. Deleting your account removes your listings from the directory.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember a referral code if you arrive through a referral link. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

RollerDX is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.

Transactions you make to pay a listing fee, and payouts we make to your wallet, are recorded on a public blockchain that RollerDX does not control and cannot alter or erase.
